We Americans love a drink! And no wonder! And 'it tastes good, gives us a boost and you feel like a drink hard. I do not want to rain on the parade, but we know what we drink? Most of us are aware that there are a lot of sugar in soda (high fructose corn syrup is a concentrated solution of sugar), because it is so good, does it taste? Sugar, among other things, reduces the immune system and makes us more susceptible to disease.
The bad news is that sugar is the least of our worries when we drinkSoda. Many soft drinks contain dyes that have been known to lead to ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and impotence. Another common ingredient in soft drinks, sodium benzoate is a chemical compound that has its own MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) filed with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health). The MSDS for sodium benzoate were "Caution Harmful if swallowed or inhaled!" The producers are invited to glasses, wearing a lab coat, gloves and a hood fan. Well, Iwe all drink lemonade and I feel good after, but what the chemical in our body, after the soda ash, year after year?
The "natural and artificial flavors" ingredient is the code for MSG (monosodium glutamate), which was launched in conjunction with migraine, multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, anxiety, convulsions and depression. If you drink diet soda, you're getting a lot of monosodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer, because they used to make foods and beverages without sugar still taste good.
Of course we all know,Soda also contains carbon dioxide. Soda pop is the nickname of "osteoporosis in a can" because the carbonic acid in soda takes calcium from the bones through a three step process:
1 Carbonic acid irritates the stomach.
2 tries to cure stomach irritation caused by the secretion of calcium antacids alone. And 'this is the calcium from the blood.
3 The blood, now low in calcium, it fills its offer from the bones. If this did not do, and muscleBrain function would be seriously compromised.
Osteoporosis has been shown that drinking five times worse than children and women, cola darker than those who drink other types of soda.
So the next time you have children in a restaurant and ask them if they can order a pop, you take this article and read it for them! Maybe they will vote, and the water.
